My coaching is not therapy—it’s a collaborative process designed to help you expand your leadership, strengthen your voice, and create clarity around your next steps.

We begin with a 20-minute connection call. It’s a no-pressure conversation where we’ll talk about your goals, answer your questions, and see if working together is a good fit. From there, we’ll decide on the best coaching package for you.

Most of my clients see the best results from ongoing work, so I recommend packages. That said, I do offer intensive one-time coaching sessions for specific needs—like preparing for a keynote, navigating a tough leadership challenge, or refining a CE presentation.

Coaching packages start at $250. Speaking and training engagements are custom-priced based on your event and audience. I’ll always be transparent about pricing, and we’ll talk about options on our connection call.
